Apple Crisp Smoothie Recipe

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup toasted oats

¼ cup toasted almonds

1 tbsp almond oil

½ tsp vanilla

Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Ice cubes

Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
